We got so very lucky with Heather. My number one favorite photographer on Instagram was not only up for the adventure in Big Sur, she was beyond understanding and flexible when it came to our dates. When it came to the big day, she was so warm and fun, while being so professional. You could tell that she really understands how to use the light to her advantage. She is creative, she gives amazing direction, and the end result…stunning. I have never seen us look so good. I thought to myself, dang these are so good these could be on a magazine or an ad. I’m Heather
My work is earthy, organic, full of movement, with editorial vibes. Radically inclusive in all the ways, capturing how it felt and not just how it looked is the driving force behind how I approach your wedding or elopement.
One of the most magical and intangible things to exist is connection… Bringing shape and physical form by capturing it through imagery, is my passion. The relationship between photographer and subject is symbiotic. I’m asking you to share a piece of yourselves with me, and in return, I’ll share my creative soul with you.
The other thing I fully believe: Your day. Your way.
If you decide to spend the day snuggling in bed, I am gonna capture it… If you need to run in and grab a beer at the gas station, I will encourage it… If you want to skinny dip with each other, I will document it… I’m stoked to preserve your wild, wonderful selves in their truest forms.
